Baby's "Bow"tique Baby Shower

My sweet friend Allison gave baby and I a "bow"tique shower! It was the cutest!

We learned to make bows and got a bunch of cute ones. I love little girls! The shower was decorated so cute and the food was so yummy! I was so glad everyone came- they all made a bow for themselves and one for baby!

Allison had the cutest decor. Love the pink banner and the pom pom.

Pinkalicious Cupcakes

We got creative last week and it was rainy day- we read this book constantly called Pinkalicious. In the story the little girl and her Mom make pink cupcakes on a rainy day. She eats too many and turns pink! She has to eat her vegetables to turn back to normal. Londyn loves pinkalicious and recently received a hand me down shirt that is Pinkalicious and she LOVES it!
We made cupcakes to match the ones in the book. Caution: Don't eat more than 1!

PINK, PINK, PINK

Complete with her favorite "skirt" and shirt- She loved sharing with her friends. Little girls are oh so fun!

Halloween= G&G K visit- Bauman Farm- Portland Aerial Tram

Cody's parents came to visit and play with Londyn. Cody and I were pretty busy but we did find some time to play. The fall is a great time to come to Salem. It has been a rainy year but we are embracing it. We went to Bauman Farms one more time..

Our little witch loves Bauman farms!

Fun to take Grandma and Grandpa

They rode the bikes..

Played in the Nuts

And swang on the HUGE swings. This was the best shot I could get... Cody jumped off the hay stacks in the back to swing high- I got scared and told Cody he was going to break it. Londyn continued to tell Cody and me that we were going to break it- even though I didn't jump off the hay.

Londyn was pretty much in heaven.
Funny Ducks fans
This was my first time to trick or treat with kids- I have always worked so I couldn't wait. Londyn wanted to be Cinderella   since she was Rapunzel for Disney on Ice. She was a cute "Cinderelli"

She came home from our party to trick or treat with Grandma and Grandpa. She dumped out all her candy and didn't waste any time!

Love Halloween

The snickers all disappeared pretty fast.

Grandm & Gpa got to come do our cul de sac

Londyn was pretty good at saying "Trick or Treat." She couldn't wait to go- All month we watched Garfields Halloween and she wanted to trick or treat sooo bad!!

Fun to have Mommy and Daddy there to go with her.

Londyns friend Ruby had a Halloween Party. Since our ward didn't do anything we were glad they had us over. We had some chili and cornbread and went trick or treating together. The girls were great. Londyn would even say "Thankyou" "Bye" and "Happy Halloween" after she got her candy of course.

She tried to wait patiently, some people would let her reach in the bowl- then other places they would hold it out and she would reach right in.. hard to teach a 2 yr old to wait until given permission to dig in.

Cinderella and Tink had a great time together

The party girls

She was too excited to hold still.

Portland Aerial Tram during a break from the rain!
Londyn got to play with Grandma and Grandpa for 2 days while we were working. She had fun and it was nice to not have to load her up and be able to come home from work when we were done. Thanks again!

The fall colors were beautiful!!!!

We could even see the base of Mt Hood.

The Tram was on my 2012 Oregon Adventure list- I am glad we got a little break from the rain to enjoy it. We have done and seen so much this year. I have talked to plently of people that have lived here forever and have never done simple things like a $4 Tram ride- We enjoy exploring- Although I would love to stay in Oregon forever- if we do leave I don't want to regret missing out on things like this! It is fun to have visitors and a reason to go play too!!

Girls Trip to Lincoln City and TOFW

Girls Trip- Allison, Amanda, Heather, Lindsi, Brittney, Rachel and I all ran away for a Friday night. We shopped and went to lunch, stayed up until 3am, and had a great time eating and visiting.
It is always fun to go to the coast. Even if it rains.

Brittney, Lindsi and I are all due in Dec/Jan!
Time Out for Women Portland 2012
The Harstens. My parents good friends we did a lot with as kids. It was crazy to run into all of them here.

Miranda invited me to go and I couldn't turn her down. It was a fantastic experience and I have a new love for Jenny Oaks Baker, Hillary Weeks, Sheri Dew and so many other speakers.

Love Hillary Weeks!

We stayed overnight at the Marriott in PDX. I was glad Cody had his parents to keep him company- and I promised I wouldn't leave him again for awhile :o)
