Portland Children's Museum

Last January we met some friends at the Children's Museum in Portland. It was pretty expensive and for a few dollars more we could upgrade to a yearlong membership. I decided to go for it and I am glad I did. They have bring a friend day every third Thursday and we have been able to go back with friends- this time with Raeghan, Miranda and Rhonin. The girls had a great time and Miranda and I did too. We got to go to Ikea after and that made it all worth it :o) The museum has a Pet hospital, a slide with a rock climbing wall, a grocery store, a water area, a face paining area, and dig pit and so much more. here are a few pics and the cutest video ever of the girls painting each others faces.

Best Babysitting Arrangement and EZ Orchards Pumpkin Patch

Londyn has decided instead of Preschool she wants to play with her friend Raeghan and her family. They are so kind and have been a huge blessing to us the last month and have agreed to continue watching her until the baby is born. Londyn LOVES it! Everyday she asks if we can go play with Raeghan and she has SO MUCH FUN with her. I got to have Reaghan over and watch the two of them together and it was great how good of friends they are. She gets ready so good in the morning so she can go see her friends and it is a total 180 from what we went through to get her to preschool!
Last Tuesday after work I met them at EZ Orchards for another pumpkin patch experience. It was free and like the other ones, brought so much joy to Londyn's little heart. The weather was actually great this time around and we were lucky to get an hour or so to play before they closed.
"Hay up there!!"

She loves "baby" pumpkins and refers to everything as baby or Momma and Daddy sized.

She is getting SO BIG!!

Hay, a friend, and more hay- what more could you ask for?

On and a slide!

She never smiles in the pumpkin patch. She can't make life easy although she makes it great!

"Aminals" are Londyns favorite

Baby Joey was the cows name :o)
Eli, Raeghan's Daddy gave them each some food to feed the animals- they were in heaven!

Londyn has been very blessed to have such a great friend and is all smiles whenever she is around Raeghan!

Bauman Farms and BYU Football

We met some families from our ward at Bauman farms on a rainy fall day. We love the fall here as there are several pumpkin patches and fall festivals and Londyn is the perfect age to enjoy everything from the doughnuts and cider to the slides!
Feeding the animals is Londyn's favorite!

She wouldn't look at the camera after this, she was having so much fun!

Playing in the "nut house"

Hannah and Lucy helped her go through these bouncey toys, up the big ladder and down the slide. It was fun to see her   go up this ladder all by herself!!

Had to stop and get cider for apple cider floats! We had a great day despite the weather. The witch hat was really for the rain but I know you all are thinking it fits me well.

So glad Daddy could ditch work for a minute to play with us!

 BYU FOOTBALL PARTY!!
BYU vs. OSU
I got stuff for the kids to decorate cupcakes- pics are blurry but they turned out cute. They made pumpkin patches with candy pumpkins and green sprinkles and spiders with Oreos and black licorice ropes. Plus there were spiders and sprinkles galore!

Londyn was in heaven with her friends- even those rooting for the other team :o)

The Arrhenius girls
Although BYU lost we had a great party, great friends and great food!

Animal Safari- Winston, OR

Welcome to the Safari!

It is a drive through Safari. Like one I grew up with, except you could feed those animals bread, I kept wanting to feed these guys.

Our Grizzly friend.

Elk. It really looks like Africa in some places of the park.

Trying to feed the Lamas

Baby Cheetas

Always have to feed the goats!

Feeling brave with Daddy.

Londyn loves animals and was in heaven.

Is that not the cutest little lamb ever?

Family Safari

Cody heard mention of a camel ride, he said he had never even ridden a camel. I  made sure Londyn and him both had the experience. I was probably her age when I rode one, and funny enough I think it was at the Phoenix Zoo.

Londyn loves pony rides and the camel was no exception. Now when we watch Aladdin she gets excited about the camels.

We went on a train ride and all.

Mama Goose on the loose!

I got a little Kangaroo pouch too. 5-1/2 mo baby bump

Back to feed the goose. There were huge carp that would eat anything the ducks and goose missed.

The park had a special October Pumpkin Patch we had to hit up before our journey home.

I thought this was so cute! Reminds me of Cinderella.

Bounce House is her fav.

She was brave to go on the pumpkin ride. She was the only one so the guy left her in there forever.

She was scared to death of this huge pumpkin, but then she loved him at the same time. She never took her eyes off him the whole time we were there.

She totally posed for this by herself!!!
