October 4, 2012 Crater Lake

We made the drive to Crater Lake. We have wanted to visit this Oregon landmark since we moved here and we finally got a long weekend to do it.
The water is soo soo blue, it is the deepest lake in the country and is almost 2,000 ft deep at the deepest point. You can even scuba dive here.

The lake is HUGE!

My cuties!

Our big 2 1/2 year old. Londyn is a great little hiker. She loves to jump off rocks, find sticks and get dirty!
Daddy kept her entertained.

We hiked down the huge cliff-side to touch the water. Londyn got to throw rocks and we dipped our feet.

Cody's 3 girls- He is really in for it!

Londyn was doing good staying dry until Cody came along :o) He has so much fun with her.

Some of the sights. It was breathtaking.

Beauty all around us. This is in Southern Oregon, about 4 hours away from us, but it is amazing and breathtaking!
I love this Man! I am so proud of Cody- he is officially halfway done with Law School!!!!! He is such a hard worked and has done so much more than attend law school the last year. I couldn't ask for a better husband- especially one who lets me drag him on all these crazy adventures. He is always up for fun.
